Dump in solman_workcenter and solman_setup

Hi All,

Am getting dump when i try to access transactions solman_workcenter and solman_setup.

we are getting this dump in  solution manager production system after moving all the transports related to charm and ITSM in the production system.

when i try to access solman_workcenter am getting the following message

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Component AGS_TD_MAIN_CMP is not active (termination: RABAX_STATE)

When i try to access solman_setup am getting the following dump

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_CHM1_INSTANCE==============CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)

kindly guide to resolve the issue.

Hello Subhashini,

Run Se80 choose inactive objects and check if why AGS_TD_MAIN_CMP is not active.

Thanks for your reply.

I checked in SE80, the compoent is active.

Also, the note mentioned by you cannot be implemented for our version we are in SP10.

Hi Subhashini,

Below note points to objects mentioned and file dumps Please check them.

1956324 - DGP: Import check very slow or reports RFC error

  1871579 - ChaRM&QGM: cycle name is not displayed in change view

1887520 - QGM: released request is displayed with 'releasing' status

Please confirm that you have implemented note 1860446 - Master Note for Change Request Management 7.10, SP10 in latest version at your system.

the latest version of the charm central note is implemented.

and the other three notes that you have mentioned cannot be implemented in our system.

Take help from ABAPer to resolve SYNTAX_ERROR. In second dump (component AGS_TD_MAIN_CMP) pay particular attention to EVT_REFRESH_TAB handler.

Hi Roman,

syntax errors are appearing in the webdynpro component.

My doubt is how all of a sudden these error has come...

it is SAP Component and it requires SAP Access key...

what could be the reason for this.

It's hard to answer on your question without having access to your system. More likely you made a mistake during system update (note implementation, patch or SPS  update, etc.).
