Test case error message creation - system information filed is disable

Hi ,

I am trying to create the Test case error message creation in test management .but system information is filed in disable .

Any idea abt this issue.Currently using 7.1 SP04 and applied the latest notes.

issue solved after system assigned in QAS.

Hi Karthik

first check if you have generated IBASE for the satellite systems

then check if BP for this employee has Identification entry for this system with user id

also check the authorization for this user as well.

Hi,

have you maintained your test systems already in solar_project_admin, system data container defined properly?

also check the BP 231 has updated with the proper external id.
