Email adresses from creditors by company code

Hi,

How can I found all the email adresses from the creditors by company code.

The table ADR6 lists all email adresses, not just from the creditors.

Hi,

whatever you want creditors e mail address - first prepare list for vendor

and Pass in Se16n - LFA1 table and Get ADRNR field values,

2. SE16N - ADR6 - pass ADRNR numbers in Address number and execute - than you will get only that particular Creditors/Vendors E mail address

Hi Mahesh,

It was not the complete solution but is was close.

First I had to get all the vendors from company code 200, therefore I used table LFB1.

The results I used in table LFA1 and from there I get the address numbers, belonging to the vendor numbers.

The address numbers I put in table ADR6 and then I had the email addresses belonging to the address numbers.

After that I put the results from LFA1 and ADR6 in Excel and used vertical search to put the data from the vendor number and  the email addresses together.

Now I have all the email addresses, belonging to the vendors from company code 200.

Hi,

The link of table ADR6(E-Mail Addresses) to TSAD8(Groups of Persons)  Table is via Table ADRP(Persons)

ARD6      (PERSNUMBER)

  |    

ADRP      (PERS_GROUP)

  |

TSAD8  (PERS_GROUP)

You can select persnumber in ADRP Table where PERS_GROUP is "required group"

Now these persnumber can be used to get required email address from ADR6 Table.
