User already processed this document

Hi at all,
I've got a problem
I order a shopping cart from the catalog PONE as a style it is transferred to the SRM. I sure the Shopping Cart on the Save button. But stay on the screen! Then I click on the Edit button. Now, the system gives the error message:

"User already processed this document"

Can someone help me?

Hello Olli,

Please refer link. There may be lock in SM12 for the shopping cart which may get you the error.
