Appraisal Document Print view - Missing lines of text when comment is flowing over next page

Hi All,

In appraisal document HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT when user clicks on print button (VW_PRINT_PREVIEW view) a PDF form will be opened to get it printed etc.

Enhanced HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS01 Implementation with Definition HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS.

Issue is:

When the comments entered by appraise / Manager is more and if it flows to next page in PDF then some lines of text is missing.

Detailed Explanation:

In appraisal document we have comments (element key type VC) where user enters their comments. When these comments are too long, while print preview and print the appraisal document some lines (around 10 lines) are missing.

Changed setting in the text edit box properties in offline adobe form which is used to display print form.

Issue solved.

Which properties of the textbox you changed?

i have similar issue that i have added "<p> </p>"  tags to document description as paragraph in WDA . it worked but in pdf form writes description like as text <p> </p>

you can see in attachments

how can i solve this issue?
