Hi,

For POWL query in SRM below mentioned are the important transactions.

1. Category should be defined in POWL_CAT transaction with description.

Ex>  Category = PO and Description : Purchase Orders

2.  Transaction POWL_QUERYR, here you have to maintain a realationship between APPLICATION ID ,   QUERYID and Category .

Ex. Application ID : SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING

       Query ID :       SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING_02_02

       Category :  PO

       Description : Saved

       Application ID : SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING

       Query ID :       SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING_02_03

       Category :  PO

       Description : Awaiting Approval

3.   Transcation POWL_QUERY, here you have to maintain QUERY ID and POWL TYPE ID.

   Ex. QUERY ID : SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING_02_02

         POWL TYPE ID : SAPSRM_FEEDER_PO_PA

        QUERY ID : SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING_02_03

         POWL TYPE ID : SAPSRM_FEEDER_PO_PA

4.  Transaction POWL_TYPE, contains the relationship between POWL TYPE ID and FEEDER Class.

Ex. POWL TYPE ID : SAPSRM_FEEDER_PO_PA

        FEEDER CLASS : /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_PWL_A_PO_PA

5.  Transaction POWL_TYPER , contains the relationship between Application and POWL TYPE ID
Ex. Application : SAPSRM_PA_PURCHASING

       POWL TYPE ID : SAPSRM_FEEDER_PO_PA

Apart from these there are configuration that can be done in SPRO

SAP Supplier Relationship Management-> SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->POWL and Advanced Search.

Hope it help you to understand the basic settings

Thanks

Hi Rameshwar,

POWL stands for Personal Objects Work List. Under POWL for PO, user will be able to see the list of PO created by him under different queries.

1. Awaiting approval - List of PO's which is in awaiting approval status

2. Saved - List of PO's which are in held status

3. Ordered - List of PO's which have been transferred to ECC

4. Error in Process - List of PO's which have gone in error in process status while getting transferred to ECC.
