Credit limit

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the credit limit information for the customer but tables KNKA and KNKK are empty. Any one have an idea where else can I check?

After checking most of your advises we identify that in here they manage the credit limit by Business Partner and not by Customers so all the information is being saved on the table UKMBP_CMS_SGM.

The changes as always are being reflect on CDHDR.

The table UKMBP_CMS_SGM is a Standard one

If your credit information stores in UKMBP_CMS_SGM - SAP Credit Management: Master Data for Credit Account. This means you are using SAP FSCM for Credit Management, not the standard SAP Credit Management.

What I need to know is the credit limit associated with every customer, when was change if apply and who approved. But all the table are empty there is no data at all on KNKK or KNKA.

Which other tables can I check?

What I need to know is the credit limit associated with every customer

This you can come to know thorough KNKK table by inputting the credit control area so that it displays all the customers list who come under that particular credit control area.

As you alreday mentioned that you had already checked, Please provide us the FD32 screen of the customer for which you are not getting the data in KNKK table. and also check in s066 and s067 tables.

Also try to execute report RFDKLI10   in SE38   which provides if any customer missing credit data.

This you can check by going to the particular sales document -Environment-Changes.

Please provide some specific examples to help you better.
