Number Range Issue during Vendor Replication using BBPGETVD

Hi Sap Gurus,

I'm get the below message when i'm trying to replicate the vendor from R/3 to SRM system..

"All backend descriptions are already assigned in the sytem"

I know this is because of number range issue... i tried to change the number in SRM but still i'm facing the issue..

Can you please suggest on this..

Please only set one external number range in SRM side, and also set it and external standard range in trx buc2.

First please check the customizing below:

2, For number range definition of vendors, please refer to the following customizing:

A)

Cross-Application Components > SAP Business Partner > Business Partner

> Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Number Ranges

Or

Use t-code snro and input object 'BU_PARTNER'.

Here you should define an external number range which corresponds to

the R/3 numbers.

B)

Cross-Application Components > SAP Business Partner > Business Partner

> Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges

Or

Use t-code buc2 to check it

For each replication run, you can download the vendors which correspond

to the external number range / grouping which is marked as 'standard external'.

From your attachment, I don't think they are set correctly.

Meanwhile, please check if ECC vendor exists in SRM table VENMAP and BUT000, and tell me the results.
