Introscope Enterprise Manager Service Not Starting.

Hi Everyone,

Our Solution Manager EM service is not starting. My question is where can I find the installation directory so I can find the log to diagnose it.

OS: Window Server Standard

Hi Michale,

search the Directory "apmintroscope" folder and go to Install directory and see the log "Introscope_InstallLog.log" for Installation status.

after you review the above log then go to  "Logs" directory on Apmintroscope  folder and check
IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log

if stil has an issue then adivise you please have a look Wily Installation guide.
