Tax code V0 Also Exist

Hi Experts ,

While we are posting invoicing from SRM to ECC R3 .we are getting this error message "Tax code V0 also exist  when we are analyzing the IDOCS.

Please help.

This issue is seen when there are two different tax codes set at header level and PO line item level.

To avoid this issue please select tax code as blank at header level first before starting with invoice date and reference. Later you can proceed with regular PO Search amount matching and post.

Hi,

This error is raised because the tax at header and item level should not be different.

In order to raise this error in SRM side, please activate the following customizing:

On IMG (trx SPRO), follow the path:

> Supplier Relationship Management
  > SRM Server
   > Cross-Application Basic Settings
    > Message Control
     > Influence Message Control for Invoice Simulation

This error can't be avoided if you are using different tax codes in header and item levels.

But i need to know why this is happening .Do we need to pass header tax code data in to IDOC segments ?

Hi,

The reason is that you set different tax codes in header and item levels of invoice.

So please do not set them differently or you can set the error message to warning to avoid this.
