Plant not assigned to Controlling Area

Hi experts,

I am getting this error-Plant Z199 not assigned to controlling area (when creating sales order)

I have gone through OX19 and then OX18 for company code assignment to plant.

No clue on google. lot of people suggested lot of things.

No solution.

Kindly resolve.

Dear Supriyo Dutta,

As my opinion, this message occurred because on of configuration table miss data which related with controlling area and Plant.

As Srinu S sad, the reason may be you don't copy plant and Credit control area from the standard.

In this case, you can get help from ABAP colleague to debug and find out missing data table and insert suitable data.

As my opinion  please concern CO people to do co configuration..........

i think new g/l concept inactivate to solve the problem

Please copy the plant and company code from the standards. If you have not done properly, once again please copy from the standards and create once again the sales order,

Always advisable copying the plant and company code, don't define directly.

These kind of errors occurs due to some important tables would not have been copied.
