Hi,

Are the documents generated from any background job? It might be that any one tried to test the creation of Document using bapi. This way the system generates next document number, as there will be no data base commit that record will not be updated in the tables. So next time any Document created will pick the next number skipping the already used Bapi number.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Arun,

Many times system skips the number range & the DIR's created fron CV01N not found in CV02N or in the system. It is system Bug.It may be due to network issue. But there is no solution to find out why the system has skipped the number range as per my knowledge. Even I have faced this issue many times in my projetcs also.

Thanks

Hi,

1) Goto Tcode SNRO, Give Object "DOKUMENT".

2) Click on Overview button(Two Hills).

3) Navigate to Object = DOKUMENT.

4) Click on change.

5) Menu Edit-> Set Up buffering -> Main Memory.

See what configuration you are having, try to test once Setting Main Memory and with No Buffering.

Thanks & Regards
