No Approver(s) Found

Hi All,

am using standard workflow ws14000088 for one step contract approval. My workflow gets triggered successfuly based on the start conditions but it ends up with the message " No Approvers Found ".

Is there any configurations or settings to be done ?

Any suggestions are appreciated and awarded.

Hi Manikandan,

Your problem is basically becauase of assigning the roles to the respective users.

I think you have assigned the role purchase manager to both the users

a. Contract Creator

b. Contract Approver

Try to Assign the role Strategic Purchaser to Contract Creator and Assign the Role Purchase Manager to Contract Approver .

The reason for this problem is the system is identifying a role which was assigned to two or more persons and as the Creator is already having this role it is neglecting the Approver.

HI,

Check also in PPOMA_BBP if your user have maintained attribute SLAPPROVER (this attribute must be filled using following template: US<username> eg. USMANIKANDAN).

Next thing is to check if approver have a 'manager' role in PPOMA_BBP (Checkbox 'Head of own organizational unit' on Basic Data tab)

Hi,

Please do the agent assignment for the Workflow to avoid the error you are getting by following the below mentioned steps:

1. Goto PFTC.

2.Select the Workflow template 14000088.

3.Got to WORKFLOW BUILDER.

4.Click on the task "FIRST APPROVAL".

5.Click on task "TS14007969'.

6.Goto ADDITIONAL DATA>AGENT ASSIGNMENT>MAINTAIN.

7.There assign the AGENT/APPROVER for the task.
