Meals perdiem calculation in Travel Management

Hi,

I have a requirement in Travel Management that the meals per-diem should be to the traveller on the basis of the no of days only. This is not time or hour specific. For e.g. if the travel date is dt. 01.2.2014 (10 am) to dt. 03.01.2014 (11 am), then he should get per-diem for all the trip duration (3 days). 

The system is calculating properly when I am not entering anything in additional destination.

But when I am maintaining two line items for in one date, then system is calculating it as two days, the reason perdiem calculation is showing wrong values. Please help me to configure this.

I am attaching some screenshots which I have configured.

Entry details in addtional destination

Start date 01.02.2014 to 03.02.2014

Output details

In this case system is calculating 7 days which is not correct. I want that system should calculate 3 days only.

The below config I have done but its not working.

Table:- V_T702N_D   (Define Calculation of Meals Per Diems)

Table:-  V_T706V   (Define Per Diems for Meals)

Hi Daniel,

Try it by using in table  V_T702N_D with  "use day scaling according to the method  1"

Hi Daniel

Can you change your configuration  in table V_T702N_D. keep there calendar day in both case.

then check once if you still get the same type of error then use BADI- AFTER_TRIP_SETTLEMNT.

There you can give your logic based on your business requirements.

It will solve your problem
