Product Allocation with Return order scenario...

Hello Xperts,

I am using Product Allocation functionality and it is working fine for the normal scenario.

But in case of Return Orders for those orders which consumed the Product allocation, what should happen to the Allocation Quantity when the PGR is done for the Return Delivery?

Requirement is that when the Return order is created, there should be revers effect in the Allocation quantity. In other workds, when the PRG is done for return delivery it should reduce the incoming order quantity so that it will allow that spcific quantity again to be processed as a part of allocation.

Thanks a lot in advance for the quck answer.

regards,

hp

I am not sure about product allocation but trying to explain return delivery and PGR.

01. Whenever PGR is done it will increase the stock. Same stock is available.

02. We can control stock movement thru movement type.

Thanks/Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks a lot for the reply.

Yes you are correct bout stock/inventory update. That is happening also but the requirement is about Product Allocation Quantity only.

Do let me know if you have idea on the same.

Thanks a lot.
