Hi Sai,
You are on linux and it looks like some issue at your NFS (/usr/sap/trans) that's why it is taking so much of time
login to unix server and click on bdf or df or df-k and see whether you are getting output or not.
then cd to /usr/sap/trans and see.
It should be only network or NFS issue.

check whether the TP parameter SP_TRANS_SYNC is off/on this is to check the Component check.
