Hi Miguel,

From the error, it is clear that the problem is not with the certificate.

At the first place, IDM is unable to find the path for the certificate.

The default keystore is for  Windows/Linux  is $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts

Default password is change it. Try to import the certificate into this location. It should work. Even I faced similar issue. After I imported the certificate to correct keystore, my issue was solved.

If you still have issue, please share the screenshots of your Java settings in Management console from TOOLS --> OPTIONS

Also, share  your JAVA_HOME variable value.

All the best !!

~ Krishna.

What is the error you are getting now ? is it the same error mentioned in your previous reply ?

What is your Java home variable value ?

Can you share your Java settings of Identity center Management console.
