Negative Incoming Order Quantity in QTTAB

Hi GATP Experts,

I'm seeing negative incoming order quantity in QTTAB table (We're using Product Allocation). This is not getting replaced by correct schedule line quantity.

The SO is partially delivered.

Can you please let me know if there is a check to rectify this table and why this can have negative quantities?

Hi Bipin,

Probable reasons for this can be interactive BOP, or manual availability check by changing some data in sales order i.e. plant etc.

Thanks, Saurabh.

I executed SDORD_DEL and SDRQCR21 in APO. These removed the negative quantities in QTTAB.

Now, I can see the product allocation is working correctly; however, the incoming order quantity in QTTAB is zero.

I'm using "check planning area" in Planning Group.

I'm not sure whether the impact of this check in QTTAB; but I had an understanding that this is the base table for product allocation.
