changing controlling areas

Hi All,

I want to know if the co area in cj20 can be changed , if it can be changed please tell me how to change the co area from 1000 to 2000

its not possible to change and defaults from Project profile.

Hi vineeth ,

I agree with others..You can not change Controlling area in project after get saved...

But for further project you can create a new project profile and don assign controlling are there.

While creating project system will ask for that in cj20n.

And if you dont want to change new project profile then You can do like that...While creating project in cj20n you can change controlling are before saving the project.

In CJ20N,while creation of project you can use different controlling areas.

while configuration of project profile,you dont maintain the controlling area,company code and plant(all organisational data),

while creation of project or copy of project system shall ask for controlling area ,company code and plant as per settings,here you can change and select the desired controlling area.

Project definition once created and saved cannot be changed for controlling area,it is a grey out field.

Hi,

Once project is created & saved, system will not allow you to change the Controlling Area.
