Delete SC when req. number ia assigned

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem.

I have created a SC without the vendor is assigned. SRM try to create a Req. but no numberrange has been set up in back-end. In table BBP_PDBEI a Req. number is assigned to the SC, comming from SRM. No Reg. is created in back-end. How do I delete this SC? I have tried FM: BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE with a commit afterwards. This did not delete the SC.

Hi Kim,

Did you try to delete SC with SRM Administrator?

If not, go to SRM Administrator -> Application Monitors -> SC Monitors -> search SC.

There you will find 'Delete' button while you select required SC.

Hello,

You will be able to delete this cart as administrator via Shopping Cart Monitor when cart item status is "error in transmission".

If it is "item in transfer", deletion will not be possible.
To change the status to error in transmission, run BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER via SE38.
Cart status should be updated.

Please try to use this FM "BBP_PD_SC_DEL_ERROR_ITEM" or "BBP_PD_SC_ITEM_DELETE"
