Hi Experts,

I have one scenario where web dynpro java created application will read data from R/3 table through ABAP created functional module and vice-a-verse. For the same I have created one adaptive RFC model in web dynpro java. What is the next step? Help me out to proceed further.

hi shilpi,

create JCO

1.login the portal

2.Go to content administrator==>Webdynpro==>to click Create JCO Destination

3.next you have to create meta data and model data this two things are important of JCO creation

4.finally ping and test your meta and modal data.

5.Then create model.

On a 7.0x system, its easier to create the model in Web Dynpro and then deploy it. The JCOs are automatically created on deploy and will only need to be configured.
