PR with Activity description table

Dear All,

I want to develop a report for each PR respective WBS element and Activity description should display.

Like

PR No.         WBS element                        Activity description.

I am able to link PR with WBS through table EBAN and EBKN. But unable to link with activity description.

I am into MM and very less knowledge into PS. So please help me how to achieve this requirement.

I checked in table AFVC where i passed PR no. in field BANFN(which is created through PS in CJ20N). But in this table it is showing no data. So how i will get this by passing PR no. only.

Hi,

Go to table EBAN table give the PR no and get the package no (example: 1250)

enter this package no(1250) in table ESLL and get the package no (1251)in this table.

again in table ESLL enter the package no(1251) u will get the list as u want.

Requirement is for material PR which is created through CJ20N T-code, not for Service PR

Can u tell us what is acc assignment category of the PR is it Q or N ?

Hi,

ok follow the path

1) in EBAN table enter the PR no and get fields Network NPLNR and Counter APLZL

2) in table AFKO Pass NPLNR(EBAN) in the filed AUFNR and get AUFPL Operation task list no

3) in table AFVC Pass AUFPL (AFKO) and APLZL(EBAN) and get the L TXA1 whichis text of the activity.

I think ME5J should display the information you are expecting.

note in this reports ,operation /activity no is only displayed in case of service PR

in case of material PR as the account assignment is WBS elements,so in this case you shall not get the operation/activity number

I have tried this ME5J report but in ALV selection Op/Activity no. or description is not coming even after changing the layout. We can find only WBS and network no. wrt PR

Try CN52N where you will see the WBS element as well NWA also. this will meet your requirement.

Try standard report ME5J. Scope of list should be as "ALV on selection screen.
