Quality Check

Hello Experts,

I'm facing problem to solve the below mentioned scenario. Please help me with the solution for that.

Customer returned the faulty products, I want to send them to quality check instead of sending them to normal stock.  Where should we do the configuration?

Hi,

you can do Transfer posting in MB1B from Returns to Quality Inspection with Movement type-457

or you can directly put in QI with configuration in schedule line.
