SAP CLM error in contract generator

Hello,

Im creating contracts in CLM 9.0 but Im having two problems:


1.I am able to load clause, contract templates and create the contract documents, but when I try to check out and check in and at the moment of upload a new version I get the following error .


Server unable to process request --->value cannot be null.parameter name:0


2.I could add new version just the first time, but when I compared the document, system did nothing , not compare or provide the result, After this I could not add any new version and I got the error that I already mention.
Is there something that I have to review?

As long as you can add clauses and/or generate Contract Documents, the Wordservice seems to be working OK.  I would suggest looking in the Sourcing log file for more indication of what might be going wrong. It may also help to turn on debug logging to get additional information.

Thanks Gary,

I solved this issue doing the following:

Uncheck the options of uncheck .

Now I am having another problem, when I tried to compare the two versions and click on compare button, nothing happens.

I would appreciate your recommendations.
