Adobe/PDF form change

Hi Gurus,

I need to write an abap program that needs to read a pdf file and change an address (fixed position in pdf). what are the options I have and what is the best one?

Hi John Doo,

A pdf is called a pdf, because it isn't that easy to chance a field at all. I do not think, that there is an option, that you can manipulate the created pdf.

The last part of changing something is, if you got a smartform or a sapscript and you get acess to the OTF-Data. With this content you got some option to chance things. But with a binary-string

The first high mountain in front is to make something readable out of the binaries.

With a Webservice and Acrobat pro or something like that is that imagineable. So your option is, call a webservice.
