Customer is having serious issues with legacy order capture - orders come in via EDI, PC Apps, Mobile Devices. The existing system that handles the process today has been heavily modified and is not operating efficiently.
Suppose the requirement gathering is completed and they wanna replace the legacy system by SAP.
So my question here is that, when they gonna implement the SAP, what would be the settings/ configuration needs to be done to capture the Order via EDI, PC Apps and mobile devices in the system from SD point of view?
Thank you.

Hi juhi,
if it is thru EDI ,yes customising is required .and if it is thru pc apps and mobile devices then thru RFC call the data from std bapi or function module convert the external data and import as per export parameters in bapi/fm.this completely thru abap.no customising is required.
