Dear all,

is this an SSL requirement to have HTTPS from device? However, i have configured SSL between ECC and SMP.

Thanks

Rohit

Hi Rohit,

Once you are done with https authentication in ECC system, are you able to access system URL IN a browser by providing correct credentials.  Please check and confirm.

Hi Jitendra,

I have done the https authentication in ECC system,it is also working fine on browser, but it is giving below  error in SMP.

Please suggest, how i have to configure it SMP.

Thanks

Above issue has been resolved by by creating certificate of SSL..

Till now we are able to configure HTTPS on ECC as well as on SMP.

Now, one more issue in this chain is when i am going to register my device using Hybrid web container. In setting option, i am giving  HTTPS in protocol and save it.it is giving an error of Invalid HTTPS client certificate in show log.

HTTPS Protocol set in setting                   Error

is there any need of certificate on my device? if yes, which certificate i have to add and where??As i am trying it using .APK file of my APP.

Please suggest.

Thanks

Rohit

But why are you using port 8001? Isn't 5001. I believe for user registration you should try with 5001

Hi Jitendra,

I have tried with 5001 but it is also not working.

I am using 8001 because i have defined port 8001 for secure Http ports. Please have a look on below screen.

Thanks,

Rohit
