HI Team, This is Kalyan Sap Apo Consultant , I had need clarification on SAP APO GATP For below navigation I have I  have marked yellow marked fields in  I’m trying to create production allocation  group  Check planning area : ?? purpose of this Use config char :: ?? purpose of this what is  the relation for char in dp mpos or pa Under check date>> communication structure : with is the relation apo and ecc communication Could u please explain.

Did you read the documentation on the configuration step?

Then, did you place your cursor on the two checkboxes about which you asked, and press F1?

There is a lot of info to be found just by using the online help in SAP.  Help yourself first, by performing these steps.  Then, if the online help is unclear, ask for clarification in SCN.
