Improper screen in the Ipad and iphone platform in ATE V6.1.0.3

Hi All,

I am trying to check the Service Manager Application 4.0 in ipad and iphone platforms.

The issue I am facing is , When the application gets downloaded in the ATE , the screens are not properly displayed.

Also the buttons are not at all visible in the ATE.

Is there something to do with the resolution or this has some compatibility issues with this ATE version.

Please advise.

Note: The PPC platform works fine

Neha,

The ATE doesn't fully support rendering the newer platforms (iPad, iPhone, Android).  You really need to test using actual devices (or emulators) to see and test the screens.  In some cases you can make some tweaks to allow the ATE to navigate a little better but overall it is best to test on the device.
