If you double click on that particular system log entry you will see the terminal information.

Check whether it helps.

Else check the Solution Manager system for RFC's configured to this system.

Do an authorization test for the RFC's configured with the user RFC_USER and see if it throws an error.

You may not get the sufficient information from SM21. Try ti check the RFC trace it might help you a bit. Other possible solution is you need to check manually the RFC connection which is maintaining this users and maintain the correct password

Previously we had the same scenario RFC user getting locked due to incorrect password maintained.( after investigated so much we created the Newuser for this RFC and maintained the password)

Hi Mohsin,

Please check sm20 audit logs to get more details on RFC connection. This should help in investigation.

Hi Mohsin

You can use the SAP standard program "RSRFCTRC" to view RFC error log's

execute the transaction code SA38 type the program name "RSRFCTRC"

You should be knowing How many RFC connections this users has been used. If it is maintained in multiple RFC its very tough to find out which connection is getting this user locked. Either you can analyse the RFC Trace.

one more suggestion is that you can create the New RFC user and maintained for this RFC it will resolve ur issue for frequent locking of the RFC user

Cheers
