Hi,
I am working on PC 10.0. I have created Business Rules for Security Controls. I have more than 10 business rules that I want to assign to one control. I a, getting error as "Max 10 Business Rules are allowed to be assigned". Is it possible to assign more than 10 BR to a automated control?
Thanks!!!
Abhishek
Hi Abhishek,
Yes, it is possible to assign more number of BR's to one automated control.
Please follow the following steps.
Navigate to SPRO in your GRC system. Governance,Risk and Compliance ->Common Component Settings -> Continuous Monitoring -> Set Number of Business Rules Assigned to Each Entity.
Using this configuration you can maintain the maximum number of BR's that can be assigned to your automated control. 10 is the default value if nothing is maintained in this setting.
Thanks,
Himanshu

Hi Abhishek,
I suggest leave the default value as is and do not assign more than 10 Rules for a controls to avoid performance issue and effective controls.
Work around: create one more control (same control description, only number changes) for same risk and assign 10 more rules.
