How to activate a tool bar or a button in tool bar in the Web Dynpro

Dear all,

I try to activate the tool bar or more exact the button "View Details" for Web Dynpro "Assign Mitigation Control".

The tool bar / button is visible but not active.

I've tried to activate the tool bar / button via SE80

(Package GRAC_SOD

Application: GRAC_MASS_MITIGATION_WORKFLOW

Web Dynpro Component: GRAC_MASS_MITIGATION)

But this doesn't work.

Does somebody now, what I have to do here?

very strange issue. Let's try if we can fix it. Generally I would like to know if you have created controls and access risks in your system?

How does the button look like? It is visible and you can drop down to "Access Risk" and "Control"?

thank you for your answer and sorry for my late answer ( I had some problems with my user).

Yes, we have created access risks.

The button and the complete tool bar in your screen above is the one which is displayed but inactive.

All buttons are grey.

If I try to press the button "View Details" no sub menu appears (no action is executed.)

(It doesn't matter if I have administrator authorizations or authorizations as risk mitigation approver).

Our risk mitigation approver should have the authorization for the button "View Details" and the action behind.

All other buttons in this toolbar should be inactive and grey.
