Dear All Gurus,
This may have been discussed previously but I was unable to find exact solution for this and I'm new to SOLMAN. We have configured ITSM service desk email notification with PDF attachment. But we get only Ticket No , Status (New/Proposed Solution / Confirm...).with the SOLMAN link for the ticket number. Can we get Message Body / Date and Time into this PDF and Attachment (if any) into the Email generated?

You need to change this in the smartform customization. The transaction code for this is SMARTFORMS. Here you may adopt your existing AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM mailform to your need.

You can use AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM smartform in action profile.
