Time Zone Changes

Hi Experts,

My client is facing some issues regarding time zone. For my client few users are working from USA and few users are working from India.By checking we found out there different time zones assigned to system time zone, user's time zone, company code, plants and sales organisation. So they want to change in time zone for company code, sales organisation and plant.

Please suggest what will be the impacts if we will change time zone for company code, sales org and plant.
