Error while mapping fields inside tuple in MDM import manager

Hi,

I am doing import of data from Excel file and i am facing an issue while i am mapping few fields of the tuple inside main table.

Every time i click on the field name in DESTINATION ITEM, MDM import manager pops up the error message saying "Unable to retrieve unique values for field 'xxxx' Server Error: Field not found". This issue is not coming for all the tuple just a set of Tuples.

Before trying this, i have recently made a reference point in the repository. does it may have any effect on this?

please help as this is now acting as a roadblock on the new developments.

Hi Abhishek,

You should check if the user used to login into MDM Import Manager does not have any constraints defined in Console for a table that is involved in the value mappings.

I have got the similar error message. Try to check your Import Manager version. It might be different.

I have checked the Import manager version in both the system.
it is same. 7.1.09.329

Compare the versions of MDM console and MDM Import Manager.

MDM Console is: 7.1.09.286

MDM Import Manager is: 7.1.09.329.

Does it matters?

I have the same in different landscape where it is working?

It seems something is wrong with meta data or could be a server issue.

Please test again after taking restart and loading with updating indices.

Do you mean before migrating the transport file you took a reference,right.
