Directory Error

Hi,

One of our user is able to login with  quality system,but the same user tries to login in Development system,he is getting error "Entry does not exists".For this I checked his account ,I can see  one more error:The status of the directory account is unknown. Use care when using account maintenance features.

what is the problem here?

Can some body throw light on this issue?

Hi Jaheer,

You could check a couple of things

- On the user account record, there is a tab Account Management. On this tab, there should be an option named - "Sync Account with Directory". Click on this option in Edit mode

- Also under the Directory configuration under System Set up --> Configuration --> Open the Buyside directory (Internal) and Click on Actions --> Test Configuration, where in you need to enter the user id of the user account that is having the issue. If there are data returned with the details that means there is no issue with user id.

Dear Parankush,

   I checked the first options: when I click Sync Account with Directory, I am getting message "Directory Error as below screen.

For second  options:testing for particular user system not returning any data.
