Regd. Process mapping in Solman to ISO 20000-1:2011

Hi All,

Can we map all the 16 ITSM processes which are part of ISO 20000-1:2011 in Solution Manager 7.1?

If yes can you help me to map the process with the Solman feature which can be used to map that particular process.

Example: ITSM - Incident Management - "Incident and Service Request, Problem Management"

Note: Attached the 16 ITSM processes which are part of ISO 20000-1:2011.
