IT-Servicemanagement - Selection of Categories

Hi experts,

we using the IT-Servicemanagement which is based on Solution Manager 7.1 SP8.

We are already having around 10 000 changes/incidents on SP8.

However, we are always facing the problem, that endusers are selecting the wrong categories.

Today we did think about a possibility, not only to select category step by step, also to provide a searching-functionlity.
So that the users don't needs to know exactly where is the category.


I mean a similar functility, which SAP provides on Service Marketplace at creating an Incident (Component-Selection).

Does someonw know, if there is a functionlity in standard or how to achieve this?
