After mantaining LRFMD correctly (please be sure to have marked the checkbox  "status") try to logoff and logon again

Hi,

I also faced this issue some days ago:

To solve this issue:

1. Go to TA- LRFMD

2. Go to change mode and search for your warehouse.

3. And  mark the checkbox of STATUS field against your warehouse no.

I hope it will solve your error.

Hi PV S

You are supposed to make entry at two place

1) LRFMD

2) MLV value in the User profile

Can you post the exact message on screenshot?
This should only happen if you entered the wrong warehouse number in LRFMD.
If you didn't check Status in LRFMD as active, it would show different message, profile not active.
If you entered wrong menu name (non existing) it would show different message.

So this must be connected to your warehouse number in some way.

Anyway, please post the screenshot of the error message, show long message description (double click the message before taking screenshot).

There's really no need for step by step instructions for profile definition, here is the list of fileds you need to maintain:
Warehouse Number: You 3 letter/digit warehouse number - REQUIRED
User: SAP username - REQUIRED
Queue: Queue to which the user is assigned. - NOT required
Status: Active if checked, inactive if unchecked. Make sure it's checked. - REQUIRED
Screen Format: depending on your RF devices, mostly 16x20. - REQUIRED
Version: default left blank if you don't have custom screens, if you have custom screens it's mostly set to 1. - NOT required
Main menu: menu name - REQUIRED
Document: Transfer Order being processed currently by user. - NOT required
Manual maintenance of logon data: doesn't matter - check if you want user to be able to change his own queue, screen format etc. - NOT required

Personnel number: no impact on the issue, used for statistics of TO processing. - NOT required

Additionally, you should check table LRF_WKQU through SE16N to make sure your entry exist with all the data correctly saved in table, just to make sure there's no inconsistency in the system.
