I am using Solman 7.1 SP10.
I want to know the usage of Tasks ( Transaction type -1003).
1) Can I use the tasks in Incident Management as a followup document.
2) If I use the Task as follow up document, then is it possible to have control on Incident closure. I mean Incident should not be closed till Tasks are closed ?
