Action for Approval workflow for RFC approval is not triggering properly in Solman 7.1 ChaRM

Hi,

I am trying to test the E-mail notification to the approvers via the Action for Approval Workflow by using the workflow template CRM_RFC_APRV in the Request for Change action definition ZMCR_IT_RFC_APPROVAL_WORKFLOW. However, after I set the RFC document to the status 'To be approved' it is not able to trigger the workflow and giving the error as attached in the screenshot here.

Can any one please help me on how to resolve this error?

HI Amar, I need to know that have you deleted any status in between standard workflow? If Yes Please follow the same standard workflow and see whether its working fine or not. If its work fine then there is some problem in your Approval procedure.
