But still problem persist. Could you please reply the root cause for this issue.
Hi Ram,
What is the flow of the interface? If ECC is receiver, test the RFC connection the which you maintained in Receiver IDoc comm. channel and check where there are any user locks in ECC system.

Hi Ram,
I think PIAFUSER/PIISUER users are locked/wrongly maintained in Exchange Profile.
goto below exchangeProfile url
http://xihost:port/exchangeProfile/index.html
and check AdapterFramework details.
Also check there are any entries in the below table of the ABAP stack of PI system.
Table Name: SXISLDAEC
Hi Krupa Rao,
I am also facing the same issue..... with the same scenario...
I think PIAFUSER/PIISUER users are locked/wrongly maintained in Exchange Profile.
..........................the users are not locked in the exchange profile
i have checked that table SXISLDAEC but i didnt find any entries....
what i have to do now??????
Frequently I am getting this pop up.......
Thanks In Advance,
vishnu pallamreddy............
Hi Ram,
Please check the below discussion
Unable to notify Integration Server affected by... | SCN
update the password of PIISxxx user in exchange profile if changed, check the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and point it to FQDN. Make sure integration user hasSAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER role assigned.
if the error still repeats check the default trace and application logs, icm logs
regards,
Harish
