"Account user=SAP_ALL does not exist" error when installing WAS 6.30

Hi,

I am trying to install WAS 6.30 from the disk I got at tech-ed last week and when I try to install it I the error message "Account user=SAP_ALL does not exist". Right after I choose the option to install WAS 6.30 and NetWeaver studio. If I am logged on to my laptop as i014378 and domain SAP_ALL how can that account not exist? Any ideas?

Hi,

I figured it out. My user didn't have Full Control. Does now. HeHe

from if you don't have SAP_ALL you can regenerate it from SU21
