Hi All,
When i try to login to the SMP gateway management cockpit i get the below mentioned error,
"An internal server error occurred. Please contact your administrator"
Below is the link which we use to login to gateway ,
https://localhost:8083/gateway/cockpit
We have recently installed SMP 3.0. We are using the same login credentials for gateway management cockpit which we have used for SMP cockpit.

We have got the solution. The issue was with Oracle "ojdbc6.jar" file which we use during installation. We have used the latest version ( Oracle 11.2.0.4 ) which is not compatable with SMP 3.0. We downloaded another version, (Oracle 11.2.0.3 ) which is compatable with SMP 3.0.
Below are the versions of Oracle "ojdbc.jar" files which are compatable with SMP 3.0,
Oracle 11.2.0.3 or 11.2.0.2.0

This is something strange. Can you check server logs if you can get some hints.
Can you share the screenshot of that page (including error)?

Did you open this gateway cockpit page in same machine where you have installed smp 3.0 server?
Are you able to open admin cockpit on same machine?

Default username: smpAdmin
password: s3pAdmin
