This is due that I activated this BC set by error (I was making some shopping cart workflow configuration and tests), and someone asked me to deactivate this, but I'm not sure if this is possible.
Well, I suppose you can just delete it via transaction /SAPSRM/WF_PROCESS.
But, actually, it should not be a problem if you have this BC set in your system. It's commonly just a schema, which can be ognored by schema determination.
