Cost / Revenue rate for resources - cProjects 4.0

Having done the required accounting configurations, I get to see the the cost and revenue rate at the cProjects front end, defined (configured) in the system. I am also able to overwrite the system configured values and have my own. However, when I save, the system throws an error message - 'Cost / Revenue rate not defined for role / resource.'.

Where could I be going wrong??

Swayam,

please check the following setting in configuration .

collabration project-

--Connection to External System

--Account Integration

--Define Cost/Revenue rate

--Replicate Cost/Revenue rate

--Replicate Accounting-Relevant charac.

--Make setting in the ERP system

Do this configuration setting

This will definetly solve u r problem.

Hi Swayam,

Do you replicated the cost/revenue rates from cProject system to the ERP system? If no, please do it. If yes, then there may be some problem with the org. unit.

Despite having done the required, I do not get to see the cost/revenue replicated in the ERP system. What could the reason be?

Could you please email me at swayam_p@yahoo.co.in with any info / document that you might have on Accounting Integration? I have followed the config document. Not quite able to make out why the rates are not replicating.
