Sourcing cockpit Shopping cart change WF

Hi,

I have activated the new functionality to trigger workflow when shopping cart is changed in sourcing cockpit. I am able to see the WF flag is set but no workflow is getting trigerred. I need the shopping cart to go back to requestor if certain fields are changed by buyer in sourcing cockpit.  if anyone had done this please provide soem input

Hi Suresh,

for the WF Restart you need to goto into change mode in the 2 step of SoCo ("Change" Button).

There the workflow should be restarted by saving shopping cart. Field change on the 2nd step itself does not lead to wf restart.

Please provide customizing you have made.

  Thank you for the reply, I am making the changes inside the detail screen not in step 2 , I see workflow flag is set to X and shopping cart changing to awaiting approval status but none of the evalution id is working.

Are you sure level 100 and 200 are not being executed?
