How to assign a TO to an end user in LRF1

Hi,

After creating TOs, I want to assign and re-assign them between different users in LRF1. How do I do that? I am able to do it b/n diff queues, but not users. Is there a way to do it in LRF1? Which field in the TO header/Item shows the user id that it is currently assigned to?

You cannot assign TO to user, you can only assign it to queue.

But you can assign both TO and user to one queue and the user will be assigned with the TO.

You can create special user queues in which the users will always stay and in this way you can assign TOs to this queue named just like user and the user will be assigned with the TO.

E.g. your user is named RPHILIPS, you will create a queue RPHILIPS and assign user RPHILIPS to this queue.
Later whenever you assign TO to queue RPHILIPS your user RPHILIPS will be assigned the TO.
