FIORI-Employee not able to view the Leave/Absence Types Options

Hi experts,

I have done the settings of Workflow with leave types in table V_T544S_WEB with grouping against the leave type are also maintained properly.

But when the empolyee checks system shows no data available  in the leave type option.

System gives a message " GBHCM No service found for name space/GBHCM/,name LEAVEREQUEST",version 0002.

Could this be a possible reson why system is not picking up the leave types from the SAP System.

Workflow task ID is TS21500004 als o maintained properly.

Could it be any kind of NOTE issue or Gatway.

Can anybody please put some insight.

Hi Michael.

The error states the leave request service could not be found.

Could you check if you can access the service  /GBHCM/,name LEAVEREQUEST",version 0002. from /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE.

If that's not available , check if the service is activated in SICF.

Hi srs,

1.) Pl check organizational hierarchy for employees in ECC system.

2.) Check leave approval process in ESS.

3.) Check the absence type in the table T554S_WEB.

4.) Add a screen shot of scenario ID.

Hi srs saphr09,

Few questions here :

1) Could you share the snap shot of the error from browser ? and also from the Inspect element in the Network tab.

Check the sap/opu link error in red and provide that link removing your server details.

2) Are you able to create a leave from employee's userid in the backend and able to get in the Manager's SAP inbox ?

3) Check if the Gateway service is activated in SICF

4) Check the version in /iwfnd/maint_service for Leave request which you are using and the one you have configured in Scenario definition. If you are using version 01 or 02

5) Check system alias in your gateway server in /iwfnd/maint_service , if GBHCM service for leave request is given the system alias for backend ERP system.
