GR output qty per plant

HI All

I have researched this but can find no confirmation of what settings I need to add in SPRO.

We have a request to have only 1 print out of the GR document created following the posting of a PO in MIGO.

Currently we have 2.

However, this will only apply to one of our plants and the other 5 plants are to keep the 2 print outs.

Can I define the number of print outs for GR (event type - WE) at plant level?

If so, where in SPRO can I make the changes?

(The Print version is Collective Slip)

Hello Darren,

What is key combination to maintain condition record?

if its at plant level. check if you can maintain no. of copies in condition record. or you can extend your key combination with plant and maintain no of copies as 1.

(if custom output, unless if its hardcoded in program to get 2 copies.. then coding needs be changed).
